本プログラムでは、ベトナムの学生と日本の学生が混成グループを作り、それぞれのグループが相手国でベトナムもしくは日本の伝統的なお菓子を商品化することを課題として取り組みました。
4つのグループは、2022年3月28日に開催されたオンラインイベントで、分析結果と商品企画を発表しました。

日本アジア振興財団とHISサイゴン支店は、各プレゼンテーションを評価しました。
JAPFでは、渡航制限のあるこの時期でも、日本の学生と東南アジアの学生との交流を促進するためのイベントに積極的に参加しています。今回の交流事業に参加できたことを嬉しく思うとともに、今後も同様の活動を続けていく予定です。

Evaluated Student Presentations for “Joint product development for commercialization of traditional SWEETS in Vietnam and Japan” at Online Exchange Program between Kansai University of International Studies and the University of Danang.

During the program, Vietnamese students and Japanese students created mixed groups; each group taking on the task of commercializing traditional Vietnamese of Japanese sweets in the partnering country.
Four student groups presented their analysis and product plans in an online event, held on March 28, 2022.

The Japan Asia Promotion Foundation and HIS Saigon Branch evaluated each of the presentations.

Even during these times of travel restrictions, JAPF is actively engaging in events to promote the exchange between Japanese students and students in southeast Asia. We were glad to be a part of this exchange program and plan to continue similar activities in the future.
